TEMPO Racine’s Mission is to further the impact of women leaders in our community. We accomplish this through programs that feature business speakers, innovative professional development opportunities, focused networking, updates about our community and government, and special events. Our monthly luncheon programs are generally held at the Racine Country Club, 2801 Northwestern Ave, Racine, WI 53404 the second Thursday of each month from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
TEMPO Racine is proud to partner with TEMPO Milwaukee to offer The Professional Development Series to our members. This series began in response to member requests for additional, high-value programming, and to CEOs who turned to TEMPO for guidance. This series focuses on enhancing skills and broadening development opportunities for TEMPO members and the teams they work with. Past programs include “Leadership Skills for Building Consensus and Reaching Agreement”, “Effective Leadership Communications Tools to Prevent Workplace Conflict and Achieve Strategic Goals”, and “Leadership Plasticity”.
