Tempo Racine's February meeting is focused on networking, camaraderie and inviting women interested in joining Tempo to meet current members, ask questions and begin the application process.
Potential members are invited to attend to learn more, and current members are encouraged to invite women from their networks to attend. As always, attendance is free for paid members; guests may attend for a reduced price of $15.
Are you curious about Tempo Racine's membership criteria? To be considered for membership, applicants must have at least 3 of the following:
- At least 7 years of work experience
- Holding a mid-level leadership role or higher in her organization
- Community service experience
- Holding a post-secondary degree or certification
- Relevant additional achievements (for ex: Leadership of Racine graduate, Woman of Distinction recipient)
Schedule:
11:30-12:00: Arrival and networking
12:00: Welcome announcements and introductions; lunch is served
12:15: Tempo Racine history and future
12:30-1:00: Networking and guided conversation
Lunch choices (select during registration)
- Cobb salad with chicken: grilled chicken, hard cooked egg, crumbled bacon, cheese, avocado, tomatoes atop fresh greens
- Prime rib sandwich with fries: Sliced and stacked, grilled french roll, au jus side
- Pasta primavera: Baby peas, asparagus, basil, spinach, garlic, cheese with pesto dressed pasta (vegetarian)
