Real Talk about Changes in our Bodies as we Age

Tempo Racine is excited to have Marissa Klinker, APNP join us to answer our questions about our bodies as we age.  Marissa is an Advanced Practice Clinician specializing in endocrinology, which focuses on the many hormones in our bodies and how they impact all of our systems.  Do you know what your parathyroid does?  Do we need to get a baseline estrogren level taken by a certain age? What are the benefits and risks of Hormone Replacement Therapy?

Marissa will be answering our questions and nothing is off limits.  So when you register, include your questions (your name will not be used) and they will be passed on to her before the meeting.  Also include any tips you have for other women on products or strategies that have worked for you to manage the changes we experience as we age.  We will create a "tip sheet" from member suggestions and Marissa's information.

Marissa Klinker has worked with Aurora Health Care since 2019. She is board certified as an Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and has additional board certification in Advanced Diabetes Management. Besides diabetes, she also treats obesity and other metabolic disorders, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, hormone imbalances and PCOS. Marissa is a Racine County resident and lives on Eagle Lake where she especially enjoys summertime lake life with her husband, two young children and labradoodle.
