Back in March of 2020, would any of us have guessed 18 months later we’d still be dealing with Covid? As much as we’d all like to “get back to normal”, it’s hard to deny our world has changed. A year and a half of pandemic stress has taken its toll on all of us. From anxiety about our personal health and safety to vicious debates about facemasks and vaccines, there are mental and emotional health challenges everywhere we turn. Liz Hanson Will shares coping strategies and advice for navigating this challenging time with our mental health and personal relationships intact.

Tempo Racine member Liz Hanson Will is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin. She's worked as a school counselor, outpatient mental health therapist and Executive Director at Family Service of Racine. Liz now owns her own outpatient solo practice.
