In this workshop, Dr. Christina L. Yoder will provide a framework for goal-setting that can be applied to both personal and professional ambitions. She will highlight recent research related to happiness and share practical ways to set daily intentions that fulfill our wellness needs. Discover how you can implement small changes each day to progress closer to your goals for the year ahead and beyond. Whether you are a recent college graduate, a retired business professional, full-time mother, and/or senior manager, this workshop is for YOU.

Learn about Dr. Christina Yoder

Dr. Christina L. Yoder is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Management, Leadership, Organization Theory, Ethics, and Corporate Social Responsibility. She is a Consulting Partner with Vide Consulting Group, LLC, providing management and leadership training to corporations and nonprofit organizations. She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and avid Ashtanga yoga practitioner. Dr. Yoder previously taught for Penn State University’s Mont Alto and World Campuses. She worked for over 12 years in the banking industry, fulfilling roles in sales, lending, branch management, securities, and human resources. Her most recent position was Talent Development Manager at a community bank in south-central PA, where she collaborated with the president and executive management team in strategic and succession planning. Dr. Yoder’s research focus is on women and leadership. She has presented her research at the International Leadership Association’s Women’s Conference and the Mid-Atlantic Leadership Conference, and shares her expertise at various women’s events nationwide.
